Ohana's Shave Ice is the perfect addition to any event, especially when it comes to supporting our community organizations and their initiatives. We love giving back and being a part of what makes our communities great. Below you will find the ways in which we can help support your school or program.
Fundraising Options
✔ Fundraising Cards -
- Provide a product brand that is easy to sell. Ohana's Shave Ice has three locations in Lee's Summit, one in Blue Springs.
- Generate student involvement and excitement, while not interrupting the school day.
- Great fundraising opportunity over the summer break when school is not in session.
- With no expiration date, unused fundraising cards can be carried over to the following year
- Marketing material can be supplied upon request and tailored to your specific school.
- 100 card minimum order is preferred but can be adjusted based on your schools specific needs.
- Having the Ohana's Truck at your schools year end celebrations is a great way to kick off the sales of fundraiser cards as these events have all students and families invited.
✔ Restaurant Nights -
Pick a date(s) during the summer that our team can host and serve your school families! This is a great way to earn money back to your school during the summer when class is not in session. A percentage is donated back to your school to help fund budgets for the upcoming school year. Bring lawn chairs and enjoy the evening with us!
✔ Percentage of Sales -
Just a simple solution, no more time consuming fundraisers. Let us know what your fundraising initiative is and then just tell us where to park and who we make the check out to. The Ohana's Truck can serve up to 80 guest an hour. Have the truck out monthly or once a year - it's all up to you! Truck and attendee minimum required. Please give us a call to discuss this option with you further.
